Our Mission
The Climate Innovation Coalition (CIC) is a force for inspiring rapid cultural transformation toward a sustainable future.
Our planet is at a critical juncture, but hope is not lost. Renewable energy breakthroughs, corporate leadership, and progressive policies show us what's possible when we act with urgency and vision. A net-zero world is within reach—but only if we build it together.
We all share responsibility for the climate crisis, and we all share the power to solve it. CIC bridges the gap between aspiration and action, connecting those ready to make change with those already leading it. The moment is now.
What We Do
How We Create Change
Climate innovation thrives at critical intersections: when diverse disciplines collaborate instead of working in silos, when student creativity confronts real-world challenges, when expert mentorship elevates emerging talent, when hands-on experience builds entrepreneurial confidence, and when meaningful recognition validates the contributions of those shaping our future.
We Activate Talent Today
The old model was "learn now, apply later." The climate crisis demands "learn by doing, starting now." Students have the passion and creativity to act today—we provide the resources and support to turn that energy into impact.
We Blend Perspectives
The biggest climate solutions don't come from single disciplines working in isolation. They emerge when engineers, policy experts, designers, scientists, business leaders, and social innovators collaborate. Our interdisciplinary approach isn't bureaucracy—it's the engine of real innovation.
We Connect Change Makers
CIC is a movement. We're building a dynamic network where student innovators connect with industry mentors, academic leaders, and climate champions, forging relationships and opportunities that create lasting impact.
We Launch Careers
From scholarships and mentorship to professional recognition and industry connections, we create tangible pathways between student innovation and real-world impact. We're launching the next generation of climate tech founders, sustainability leaders, and policy innovators.
