What Makes a Strong Team

The right mix of people matters more than the size of the group.

How many people?

Put together a team of 3 to 5 students. This is the sweet spot for combining diverse skills without too many cooks in the kitchen.

Mix it up!

We encourage you to have members from two or more academic departments or colleges. All team members must be undergraduates. We're looking for fresh perspectives: engineers working with business majors, environmental scientists teaming up with designers, you get the idea.

Who can join?

Currently enrolled undergrads at any accredited college or university
Team members don't all need to go to the same school, so mix and match
All class years are welcome, from first-years to seniors
Students should be in good academic standing
Your team needs a combined GPA of at least 2.5
